Terms governing the use of Pickel Fintech solutions and services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products and services offered by Pickel Fintech ("we", "us", "the Company"), based in Tel Aviv, Israel. By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to these Terms in full.
Pickel Fintech sells digital information products, including The 13F Playbook (a quarterly PDF report analyzing institutional investor activity derived from SEC Form 13F filings). All products are delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files immediately following successful payment.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments may also be processed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) or Euros (EUR) at the exchange rate displayed at checkout. Final prices, including any applicable promotional discounts, are shown on the payment page before you confirm your purchase.

Pickel Fintech does not store credit card numbers. All card payment data is handled exclusively by third-party payment processors in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Upon successful payment, a receipt is generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via a secure download link. If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us at tom@pickelfintech.com for assistance.
This cancellation policy is provided in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receiving the product, whichever is later, subject to the conditions below.

We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days and process the refund within 7 business days of approval.
In accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds are processed through the payment processor and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
All content, data, analysis, proprietary metrics and materials contained in our products are the intellectual property of Pickel Fintech. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own research and investment decision-making purposes.

Products sold by Pickel Fintech are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or an offer of any financial service. Pickel Fintech is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
13F data reflects historical long equity positions disclosed to the SEC with up to a 45-day delay. It excludes short positions, derivatives, fixed income and non-U.S. securities. Past institutional positioning does not predict future returns. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pickel Fintech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
